Plant description
Indiana Waterlily is a lovely, hardy waterlily that has beautiful orange-peach to red-orange blooms with bright-yellow stamens and beautiful, lightly variegated pads.
This changeable waterlily is a shy bloomer and has such a refreshing color—unique and unusual in the waterlily arena! It is a small, changeable waterlily with a 2 - 3 foot spread. Indiana Waterlily looks great in small ponds or container gardens.
Planting instructions
Plant this small to medium waterlily in a large container( 2 - 5 gallons) using heavy loam soil and place 6-12 inches beneath the water's surface in full sun. (Remember to put your small waterlily below the freeze line in the fall and bring it closer to the surface in the spring)
Fertilize during the growing/blooming season for optimum growth and the best bloom!
Waterlilies are very heavy feeders, so we recommend feeding them once a month with Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs Humates.
